The information provided on this website, in emails, social media posts, videos, webinars, downloads, and other general communications is for educational and informational purposes only.

General information does not constitute personalized tax, accounting, financial, investment, or legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based solely on general information provided by JP Tax Service & Accounting.

Personalized recommendations are provided only after we have reviewed the relevant information and entered into a written engagement with you.

  • JP Tax Service & Accounting accepts the engagement
  • You sign the applicable engagement agreement
  • You pay the required deposit or fee
  • We confirm that the engagement has begun

We reserve the right to accept or decline any prospective client or engagement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the signed engagement agreement will control for that engagement.

Private Advisory pricing described as "starting at" is subject to adjustment based on complexity, number of entities, condition of records, tax-debt issues, implementation requirements, and the level of ongoing support requested.

06

Applications & Consultations

Certain services require an application and consultation before enrollment. Information submitted through an application must be complete and accurate. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a particular service package, or a particular result.

Important: Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full employer identification numbers, banking information, payment-card numbers, tax returns, IRS notices, state notices, or other highly sensitive documents through a general application, ordinary email, or text message. When sensitive information is required, we will provide instructions for submitting it through our designated secure document system.

07

Fees & Nonrefundable Deposits

The investment for each service is displayed on the applicable offer page, proposal, invoice, or payment page.

A deposit reserves professional capacity and compensates JP Tax Service & Accounting for onboarding, scheduling, preparation, initial review, and turning away other work. Therefore, all deposits are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law or when JP Tax Service & Accounting cancels the engagement before services begin.

Current promotional deposit amounts:

Basic Intensive $497 nonrefundable deposit
Ultra Intensive $2,997 nonrefundable deposit
Private Advisory $10,000 nonrefundable deposit

Prices, deposits, promotions, and service availability may change. The price shown in your accepted proposal or payment page at the time of purchase controls.

08

Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing is valid only for the period stated in the applicable offer. The August 2026 promotional pricing expires at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 and will not be extended or repeated after the stated deadline.

A person who applies during a promotional period does not lock in promotional pricing unless the required agreement and payment are completed before the deadline. Any pay-in-full discount applies only when the complete discounted amount is paid by the stated deadline. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated in writing.

09

Payment Plans

When a payment plan is approved, the client agrees to make each payment according to the schedule shown in the signed agreement or payment authorization. For the 2026 Year-End Tax Strategy campaign, payment-plan balances must be paid in full no later than December 15, 2026, unless a different deadline is stated in the signed agreement.

Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in:

  • Suspension of sessions, deliverables, or advisory access
  • Loss of scheduled appointment times
  • Delay or termination of the engagement
  • Collection of the unpaid balance to the extent permitted by law

Suspension or termination for nonpayment does not cancel amounts already earned or due.

10

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Appointments missed, canceled late, or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited and may require an additional scheduling fee, unless an emergency or other exception is approved by JP Tax Service & Accounting.

Payments and deposits are not refunded because a client fails to attend, delays providing information, changes their mind, becomes unavailable, or decides not to complete the engagement.

If JP Tax Service & Accounting must cancel a session, we will offer a reasonable opportunity to reschedule it.

11

Client Responsibilities

The quality and timing of our work depend on the quality and timing of the information you provide. You agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information
  • Disclose all relevant income, entities, accounts, transactions, notices, debts, and filing history
  • Review projections, recommendations, and documents carefully
  • Ask questions when you do not understand a recommendation
  • Make your own informed decisions
  • Maintain appropriate business and tax records
  • Meet all filing, payment, and implementation deadlines
  • Notify us of material changes
  • Consult an attorney, financial advisor, insurance professional, or other specialist when appropriate

You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for your final business, financial, legal, and tax decisions. JP Tax Service & Accounting is not responsible for consequences caused by incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or late information supplied by a client or third party.

12

Estimates, Projections & Recommendations

Tax projections are estimates based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Actual results may differ because of changes in income, expenses, transactions, tax law, agency guidance, filing positions, documentation, or other circumstances.

Recommendations may require additional documentation, implementation, elections, payroll changes, legal documents, or coordination with other professionals. You are responsible for deciding whether to implement a recommendation and completing the required implementation steps by the applicable deadline.

13

No Guarantee of Tax Savings or Other Results

JP Tax Service & Accounting does not guarantee a specific refund, reduction in tax, resolution of tax debt, acceptance of a filing position, business result, financial outcome, or amount of savings.

Examples, illustrations, projections, testimonials, reviews, and client stories are not promises of future performance. Results vary based on each client's facts, records, income, expenses, eligibility, implementation, timing, and compliance.

No tax strategy eliminates the obligation to report income accurately, maintain records, file required returns, or pay legally owed taxes.

14

Tax Debt & Government Representation

A tax-debt assessment or action plan may identify potential options for addressing federal or state tax liabilities. It does not guarantee acceptance of an installment agreement, offer in compromise, penalty abatement, currently-not-collectible status, appeal, or other relief.

IRS or state representation is a separate service and requires a separate written engagement, authorization, and fee. Government agencies make their own decisions. JP Tax Service & Accounting cannot control the outcome, processing time, or actions of any taxing authority.

15

Estate & Legacy Readiness Materials

Any legacy-readiness review, will questionnaire, checklist, organizer, beneficiary review, or similar material provided by JP Tax Service & Accounting is educational and organizational only.

JP Tax Service & Accounting does not provide legal advice or prepare a legally effective will, trust, power of attorney, deed, healthcare directive, or other estate-planning document unless that service is provided through a separately identified and properly licensed attorney. No attorney-client relationship is created through the purchase of tax-strategy or legacy-readiness services.

Clients should have all legal documents prepared or reviewed by a licensed attorney in the appropriate state. Attorney fees and legal services are separate unless expressly included in a written agreement with the attorney.

16

Third-Party Professionals & Platforms

We may recommend or coordinate with attorneys, payroll companies, bookkeepers, financial advisors, insurance professionals, technology providers, or other third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Third parties are independent from JP Tax Service & Accounting
  • We do not control their advice, pricing, availability, security, or performance
  • You are responsible for deciding whether to engage them
  • Their fees are separate

Our website and services may use third-party platforms for applications, scheduling, payments, electronic signatures, email, document exchange, and videoconferencing. Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

17

18

You consent to receiving service-related communications electronically, including by email, telephone, videoconference, client portal, and text message when appropriate. Electronic signatures, electronic agreements, and electronic records may be treated as originals to the extent permitted by law.

Marketing email or text-message consent is separate from your purchase. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

19

Intellectual Property

Our frameworks, worksheets, checklists, videos, presentations, templates, written action plans, educational materials, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to JP Tax Service & Accounting.

You may use materials delivered to you for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, teach, sublicense, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

You may share relevant recommendations with your existing attorney, accountant, payroll provider, or other advisor solely for the purpose of implementing your plan.

20

Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website, application, scheduling system, payment system, portal, or other technology will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any website feature or general offering at any time. Changes to an accepted client engagement will be handled according to the applicable agreement.

21

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JP Tax Service & Accounting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, penalties resulting from client delay, or losses caused by reliance on incomplete or inaccurate information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JP Tax Service & Accounting's total liability relating to a particular paid service will not exceed the amount the client actually paid to JP Tax Service & Accounting for that service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact JP Tax Service & Accounting in writing and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless the parties agree to another lawful method of resolution, any legal action relating to these Terms or our services must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

23
