How to Register

1. Go to jptaxservice.com.

2. Click Register.

3. Fill in all the fields.
First Name:
Last Name:
Email: Phone :
Address:
Password:

4. Click Register.

5. You will be sent to your dashboard. You will have access to tax documents, videos, have the ability to upload documents to your preparer securely. Have Contact via the commenting system.

6. View & Update your profile. Click Update Account Settings.

7. Fill in the necessary information.

8. Enter in the information and click update. (e.g driver's license, last 4 of SSN, and street address.

9. Updating/Resetting your password. 10. Another way to reset your password if you forget it. At the login screen, you should see the forgot password link below the Log In button. Click Forgot Password. Type in your email address. Click Send Password Reset Email button.
